Declared by fans as Ontario’s most authentic Tragically Hip tribute, Hip Check’s band members are anticipating a great year of performances in 2022. The five musicians are looking forward to playing live shows consistently again after a two year forced sabbatical. Their love of the Tragically Hip and the late frontman Gord Downie has inspired a band “you will have to keep reminding yourself IS A TRIBUTE!”

As Mr. Downie said to one of the band members, “love your music always,” Hip Check has carried that sentiment through by celebrating and sharing the vast catalogue of hits that the Tragically Hip have produced throughout their career.
